Localization

In today's world, organizations are seeking for easier ways to communicate information and generate important documents for not only employees but also applicants and candidates in an easier and time efficient way. That's why raiseR decided to introduce its Localization feature which will allow the organizations to translate all the important terms and variables to the language they need.

You are able to localize both Document as well as Recruitment related fields.

Tip: In case your organization operates multi-regionally, it means that Localization is going to be crucial. It will allow you to show localized/translated list of countries, cities, etc in the job opening pages, employee profiles and all the generated documents.

  • Document related field - Find full names of your employees and system terms that can be used in the documents based on the language you need. It contains the following categories:
    • Employee Profiles
    • Time Offs
    • Company Structure
    • Key Properties
  • Recruitment related field - Find the recruitment related terms that should be displayed in the needed language. Recruitment categories that can be localized are:
    • Recruitment
    • Company Structure
    • Key Properties

To get started with Localization, perform these quick steps:

  1. Go to Settings⚙ and navigate to the Customizations Localization section.
