Setting up Ways of Learning

Ways of Learning section outlines the various methods employed in training courses, all of which play a pivotal role in the educational processes. These training opportunities empower employees to enhance their skills and advance within the company.

In raiseR, we offer both Online and Offline Training Courses. Our Online Training Courses are designed to provide continuous learning opportunities over extended periods. 

You can efficiently manage learning methods, including adding, deleting, and editing them.

To add a new way of learning:

1. Navigate to Settings ⚙ and open the Training Management → Ways of Learning section.
2. Click the + Add button.
3. Enter the name of learning.
4. Once finished, click either Save or Cancel to keep the changes or discard them accordingly.

 To edit a record, simply click on its name and make the necessary changes. To delete an option, click on the Bin 🗑️ icon. The Search functionality enables quick access to the desired options.
