We are pleased to announce the following enhancements that we made within the Raiser system, which are related to the newly released On/Offboarding feature, Cockpit, We, and Hire modules. 

What's New This Month?

COCKPIT  

Onboarding/Offboarding → Introducing Email Task Type

We've added a new task type Email within the Task Information block of the Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks sections. After selecting the Email type from the drop-down menu, you will be presented with an email form to fill in and send to the specified recipients.

Templates → Introducing New Email Notification Template

We've expanded the list of Email Notifications within the Staff section. A new template named Employee(s) Birthdays will automatically send reminders to all employees regarding their colleagues' birthdays.

Leaves and Attendance → Assigning Time Offs by Branch Offices

A new way to assign time offs to employees by Branch Offices was implemented. You can now link time off to employees who have recently joined the organization by selecting specific branches in the newly added Branch Offices section.

Raiser made it easier for you to see the Branch Office(s) with its Employees that are assigned to a specific Time Off.

Introducing Onboarding/Offboarding Timeline Section

We have included a new Timeline section within the Onboarding/Offboarding pages. The section represents the key events in the onboarding and offboarding processes, highlighting the contributions made by the individuals involved in these processes. 

Bug Fixes

The Raiser Team worked really hard this month, but, not to overwhelm you with too much information we have decided to focus more on bugs that have been reported and experienced by our customers.
