Application Forms: New Location & Optimized Design
The Application Form was moved from the Settings to the Hire module. The cherry on the pie is that from now on you'll be able to link the needed job application form to the desired Job Opening. The original General form remains the default option. We've also redesigned the Application Form for a better user experience and of course, we have added the corresponding Permission settings related to the new Application form.
Automated Holiday Management: Say Goodbye to Manual Entries!
We're excited to announce a new time-saving enhancement to the calendar! Eliminate the need for manual holiday input with our one-time public holiday setup. Upload your public holiday list just once and enjoy automatic updates for next years holidays.

Add Custom Skills on the Fly!
We're excited to introduce a new feature: custom skills! Your custom skill is now available across the entire platform wherever Skills selection is offered. Simply enter a desired skill in any Skills dropdown list and it will instantly added as a new option. Clicking it confirms the addition and the skill is automatically added to the central Skills list in Settings for platform-wide availability.

Get the latest company news and feel connected! The new Culture section offers company news, upcoming events, and inspiring content that showcases our mission, vision, and values, keeping you engaged and informed.
Shower Your Coworkers with Birthday Wishes🎂
The raiseR Mobile app just got a heartwarming update! Now you can easily send personalized birthday wishes to your colleagues, complete with fun emojis to add some extra cheer.
Your coworker receives a push notification on their special day and can view all the greetings at once or savor them individually🙋.

As a result, the entire importing process was improved to reduce the manual work: previously the users needed to fill in more information to import the file successfully.
